Senior Associate at the German Institute for International and Security Affairs (SWP) and researcher at the Centre for East European and International Studies (ZOiS) in Berlin. She holds a PhD from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and a master’s degree in international relations from Sciences Po Paris. Her research focuses on political-military related questions in the OSCE region, state-society relations, civil society and human/civic rights as well as regional conflicts.

The Institute for Global Reconstitution is a research initiative that pursues a theory-minded, historical, and imaginative scholarship aimed to fully understand the reasons of the crisis and to reconstitute: imagine a new political architectonic that would allow to overcome it.
